Inna lillahi wainna ilahii rajiun. Indeed, every soul shall taste death. This is so relatable to me, and if you ask me why? I will reply you with,

'My friend died on Saturday, a sudden death that shook us to the core. We were supposed to graduate on the next Saturday, and Alhamdulillah! He finished his Qur'an the last Saturday before his death. He was so happy on the day he was to die, because he successfully passed his shahadah exams. That day was so different, he acted so calmly and looked so different. He smiled all through that day(even tho he usually smiles a lot, every single time). In the evening, he went to an event, and on the way back, he met with an accident and died instantly. When I woke up in the morning, the first thing that greeted me was his death. Wallahi I couldn't believe it, because how?? But then I remembered that every good Muslim is supposed to believe in destiny, either good or bad. That day was a sad day for us, and the rest of days that followed. May Allah forgive you Muhammad and grant you Aljannatul firdaus and all other Muslims. Ameen'

I have this exact reality now. Death of others really serves as a reflection for us.
